Please read before confirming your booking.
A booking is confirmed once the advance payment (where applicable) is received and a driver/vehicle is assigned. You will receive driver and vehicle details before pickup.
A 20-30% advance is typically required to confirm outstation bookings. Local/one-day bookings can usually be settled on trip completion.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a partial charge to cover driver allocation costs.
Quoted fares include the vehicle and driver bata. Tolls, parking, permits, and any applicable interstate taxes are charged separately, at actuals, and confirmed on your quote before booking.
We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle in case of unavoidable circumstances, with prior notice where possible.
